About the Company

Prosights is a data transformation partner to the largest private equity-backed portfolio companies. We unify messy data after M&A, turn documents into clean structured data, replace spreadsheet workflows with real software, and keep data in sync across disparate systems. We embed engineers inside the company, ship a working prototype in 48 hours, and have production software live in about four weeks. More than 70% of the 10 largest PE firms have used ProSights.

What you would build

  • European delivery portfolio. Own outcomes, milestones, risks, staffing, and customer communication across concurrent engagements.

  • Regional execution. Adapt delivery to local systems, languages, vendors, data residency, and regulatory expectations without lowering the product or engineering standard.

  • Customer governance. Build effective decision forums across portfolio-company leadership, local operating teams, fund sponsors, and third-party partners.

  • Cross-border coordination. Keep distributed customer and ProSights teams aligned across time zones, workstreams, and dependencies.

  • Regional capability. Help hire, coach, and establish the delivery practices required to scale ProSights across Europe.

What the job is actually like

  • Lead from the details when necessary, including data readiness, access, testing, adoption, and cutover planning.

  • Travel across Europe to launch engagements, resolve difficult decisions, and support critical production milestones.

  • Coordinate with North American product and engineering leads so regional requirements improve the shared foundation.

  • Navigate differences in operating culture directly and respectfully rather than forcing one playbook everywhere.

  • Keep pace high while maintaining clear evidence, documentation, and accountability.

Who you are

  • Experienced delivery leader. 7+ years in enterprise software, data, implementation, consulting, or transformation across European customers.

  • Cross-border operator. You have led work across multiple countries, stakeholder groups, and technology environments.

  • Technically fluent. You can challenge assumptions about data, integrations, security, testing, and production readiness.

  • Executive and practical. You are credible with a board sponsor and equally comfortable unblocking the operating team.

  • Based in London. You can travel regularly across Europe and collaborate closely with a New York-based leadership team.

About the interview

Three to four conversations with the founders and delivery team, followed by a paid working session based on a cross-border customer engagement. We will focus on judgment, communication, regional execution, and how you build trust while moving quickly.
